Young at Art! P.A. Day Projects
In our Young At Art! P.A. Day Workshops, kids from age 5-12 make something awesome, create their own crafty project and collaborate with others in a fun, non-competitive environment. The goal? To build leadership skills, meet other kids who love to create and of course - to have fun!

Cost: $20-30/child (dependent on project)

Young at Art! March Break Creativity Camp
There’s no better way to spend a March Break than with the reFIND Creativity Crew! Creativity Camp at reFIND provides kids the chance to explore the exciting world of craft and creativity through a wide range of activities. Campers work with our reFIND team to produce unique and original works of art, focus on the creative process, and develop their imagination and creativity. The combination of art and team-building challenges, together with outdoor play, gives campers a unique, hands-on art making experience that is active, stimulating, and tons of fun! Join us this summer as our campers create, explore, and grow. All arts & crafts supplies are included. Each day is action-packed so students should bring a nutritious bag lunch. Kids from age 5-11 welcome, 1 week, 3 day and single day options available..

Time: 9am - 4pm

Full week (5 days): $250/child
3 days: $180/child
1 day: $65/child
NOTE: Registration to the reFIND Creativity Camp is eligible for the CRA Children's Art Credit. Please visit the CRA website to see if your child qualifies.
Lunches to be provided by parents (please no nuts!), snow suits and boots required for outdoor activities. Space is limited so apply early!
Children's Birthday Parties - DIY Signs
reFIND offers a fun, non-competitive and engaging environment for kids to explore their creative side on their birthday! Our fun-guided, hands-on birthday parties are geared towards helping kids learn some basic arts & crafts skills and letting their imaginations soar! Each child takes home a handmade wood sign, that they have sanded, painted and designed all by themselves! We even setup a small photo booth with fun & wacky props so your kids can laugh and capture some memories of the day!
Here are some details:
What they make: Each child makes a handmade painted wooden sign (roughly 10” x 12” Pine) in the design of their choice*. We provide kid-friendly templates (from fairies to zombies to Pokemon!) about 1 week prior for the kids to select from. They learn how to sand, paint, distress, stencil and wax – and of course have a blast doing it!
*custom/themed templates are available for a small fee. Limitations apply.
Time: 2.5 hours seems to be a good timeframe to complete the sign, open gifts and enjoy some treats/cake
Cost: prices start at $25/child** (+HST)
# Kids: minimum 6 kids/party to a maximum of 10 kids (otherwise, it gets a little crazy!)
What’s Included: all craft supplies are included, an apron to wear, a photo booth with funky props, the use of our small kitchenette/fridge for treats, juice/water & cookies, gift opening in the vintage nook, fun & interactive games should time allow, all setup and clean-up, photos of the event, an energetic instructor and of course – a handmade wood sign for each child to take home!
What We Need: For kids aged 5-10, we need at least 1 parent/adult to stay and help with the craft for 6 kids, 2 for 8 kids, etc. There are some challenging parts that involve a small knife so adults are important for this part!
Additional Options: DIY/Craft-inspired loot bags are available for an added fee, dependent on the # of kids. Examples are DIY Plant Kit, Door Hanger Kit, DIY Beaded Bracelet, etc). We are also happy to provide a cake or cupcakes, made by a local baker – price is dependent on # of guests.
