reFIND Salvage is excited to announce we are now offering custom furniture transformation services!

Using exclusively the most popular brand of decorative furniture paint - Annie Sloan Chalk Paint™ and General Finishes High Performance Gel Stains and Topcoats, your piece will be transformed into a beautifully refinished piece you will love for years to come.  Each item is painted by hand with a brush - we do not use paint sprayers - so each piece is a one-of-a-kind piece of art, designed and carefully refinished by one of our expertly trained staff.  We can achieve numerous finishes that cannot be mass-produced in a factory - making your piece of furniture unique!

We refinish in your home or in our new reFIND Studio @ The Elora Arts Centre (75 Melville St. Elora).

How it works:

1.  Email this completed CUSTOM FURNITURE REFINISHING REQUEST FORM and a few photos of your piece(s) of furniture - we prefer working with solid wood furniture.  Please remember to include measurements of your piece and be as detailed as possible.  reFIND does only minor repairs in finish/hardware - we do not do any major repairs such as veneer replacement, hinge repair, stripping layers of paint, etc.

2.  reFIND will provide a formal quote for the work to be completed via email.  If accepted, we will organize a date for painting, either at your home or our studio.  Most projects take 1 - 2 weeks, depending on the size of furniture and our schedule.  You are responsible for drop-off and pick-up of your furniture from our studio, we do not provide delivery.

3.  When a work order is accepted, reFIND will provide a formal contract and 50% of the cost is due at the time the contract is signed.  This will secure your appointment for refinishing.  The remainder of the cost is due at pick-up.
